Adam in the service department was very helpful and polite. He kept in touch with me while my car was serviced. He really made me feel like part of the Mazda family. Janice was helpful in parts so I could get a trailer hitch installed on short notice. And Pierre did a great job on install and I even had a video of his work.

I was here today and came in regarding an issue with my car, but I left with an even better that’s brand new. I didn’t expect to purchase a new car today. Stevie and his other coworkers helped me today. I’m sorry I forgot the names of the other guys that helped, but they were all fantastic. I Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
There scheduling/advisor really is trash. It’s so bad, I’ve thought of trading for a Honda. You guys really need to look into hiring more advisors, if Adam can’t handle the volume. This is crazy!!!
Adam is awesome the best service advisor. The maintenance/parts supervisor and technicians are also awesome. They all are friendly and courteous. The very best customer service. 10/10 highly recommend.
