I was here today and came in regarding an issue with my car, but I left with an even better that’s brand new. I didn’t expect to purchase a new car today. Stevie and his other coworkers helped me today. I’m sorry I forgot the names of the other guys that helped, but they were all fantastic. I Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
There scheduling/advisor really is trash. It’s so bad, I’ve thought of trading for a Honda. You guys really need to look into hiring more advisors, if Adam can’t handle the volume. This is crazy!!!
Adam is awesome the best service advisor. The maintenance/parts supervisor and technicians are also awesome. They all are friendly and courteous. The very best customer service. 10/10 highly recommend.
Tried multiple times to send them a message via their Web site but everyone failed to go through. Tried asking the pop-up message center for an email address for sales but they are clueless and just want a phone number that I will not give out. Fix your message system before more people go elsewhere
