I was greeted from the moment I arrived. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I want to thank David Riley. He contacted me about a vehicle I had for sale. Gave me a fair price, stayed in constant communication with me, made the process smooth and easy and made sure I had a ride home. And never pressured me into buying another vehicle. Great experience.
Hopefully corporate sees this review and can address this issue. We had no problem purchasing a brand new 2024 CX-5 from this dealership. However, the last few times we tried to get an oil change for the vehicle, the team always tries to upcharge us on getting every service under the sun. This time Adam Gibson added additional charges to our invoice when we specifically only wanted an oil change. Very disappointed... they originally wanted to charge us $569 for a multitude of services we didn't ask for or need. Opaque busine... read more
Adam in the service department was very helpful and polite. He kept in touch with me while my car was serviced. He really made me feel like part of the Mazda family. Janice was helpful in parts so I could get a trailer hitch installed on short notice. And Pierre did a great job on install and I even had a video of his work.
