1 star for Mazda of Columbia. When I dropped my car off, I was told the diagnosis would take about one hour. Thankfully they provided me with a loaner vehicle (a Mazda CX-30), because that “one hour” turned into 10 days. I paid $209 for a full diagnostic because I wanted to know everything wrong with the vehicle. Mazda returned a list of 18 items labeled as needing “immediate attention,” with a repair quote totaling around $11,000.
