Came in for scheduled maintenance, staff were very friendly and the process was very quick. They even washed my car as well!
I've owned 5 Mazdas and used several dealers and this is the worst service center I've ever used. Today is the last time. Schedule an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation and it rakes them 2 hours. Meanwhile, they keep trying to sell me things I don't need. Filters are due: I said I do them myself. You should have all your fluids flushed: I already did. You need new belts at 50K miles and it's $800. That's all it's about there and customer service isn't their high point. I am absolutely loved my experience here at mazda at kingwood. I just purchased an cx-30a week ago. It was great. Adnan his manager Morgan and Todd we VERY helpful. They explained everything that i needed to know. I always wanted to get a mazda and at 1st i was a bit nervous but they really made it easy for me. Totally recommend this place if you’re looking to a mazda.
I had to bring Mom's car in for servicing. I had to wait for 5 1/2 hours, but I did get a car wash and vacuum in the end.
