Not enough loaner cars.
I bought the total wheel coverage from Mazda and have had my appointment cancelled for the last 3 months because they didn't tell me that this service is not done by them but by a third party company. Therefore, I will be without my car for a long time while the OTHER company fixes my wheel. And wouldn't you know, they seem to never have a service car for my wife to use in the meantime. I have had service done on three CX-5 models over the last 8 years here and have always found the service department personnel professional and courteous. General maintenance, tire repairs, and explanations of the work performed are always given. Wait times are dependent upon workloads so it could very prompt or a bit of a wait (if you wait there) if it’s busy. Overall it’s a good service department.
