Not enough loaner cars.
I bought the total wheel coverage from Mazda and have had my appointment cancelled for the last 3 months because they didn't tell me that this service is not done by them but by a third party company. Therefore, I will be without my car for a long time while the OTHER company fixes my wheel. And wouldn't you know, they seem to never have a service car for my wife to use in the meantime.
