It was an unfortunate situation, we had 2 customers that day on the same vehicle at the same time. Both customers drove the vehicle one right after the other. Our salesperson, ****** *** was working one of them and had the customer go back and forth regarding a second key (which we didn't have) and a couple other imperfections on the vehicle.
