Bought a pre-owned Mazda from this dealership. Here are some things that I experienced throughout my purchase. First, the car that I discussed to purchase over the phone was supposedly gone from the lot in the morning. Then the salesman offered a higher quality trim similar to the car discussed. The salesman was courteous and did his best to inform us of the car's history. Then comes discussion over price. When we went to talk to someone else about financing the car, there were some bumps.
