I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on July 9, 2026, and this was, without question, the worst dealership experience I have ever had. Before driving more than an hour to the dealership, I spoke with management by phone and negotiated the terms of the purchase. I clearly explained that I had a $30,000 cashier's check and a pre-approval letter from my bank to finance the remaining balance. Sold me a car that had a masked engine light, next day the engine light was on for the aftermarket exhaust. Car had some other minor problems within the 60 day dealer warranty. I scheduled an appointment BEFORE the 60 day warranty was up, however they couldn't repair the car until 1 day after the warranty expired and then handed me an estimate for $3,700 for things I didn't even ask to have looked at and said the car was out of warranty. Took advantage of a disabled and mentally disabled veteran. Despite his medical diagnosis, since they refused to allow the family to the return vehicle, that was grossly overcharged for. Steer clear of this dealership.
