Bought two cars from them over this last year. They’re eager to have a relationship and make the sale. They’re respectful and helpful during all discussions including on price. Once you walk in, they have no one to direct you or talk to you and you just end up kinda being ignored by a lot of staff members just doing their own thing. Happened to us a couple of times where we just ended up sitting and waiting for hours and employees walking by avoiding your gaze. Not a pleasant experience at all as a customer. They also don’t really seem to care once they’ve sold you a car.
