Received excellent knowledgeable customer service from this Mazda dealership. Salesperson, Dee, was very helpful and provided me with informative details on the 2023 Mazda Certified MX-5 Miata that I purchased. No surprises and the vehicle was in perfect condition when I arrived from out of state for it. I appreciated that she spent quality time with me and thoroughly went over vehicle with me. As a result, reccomend this dealership if looking for a Mazda.
Every aspect of my interactions with the staff at Mazda of Seattle was positive. I made several visits before purchasing a new Mazda, from just looking at the vehicles, asking questions, test driving different models, and then finalizing my purchase. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed. When I picked up the vehicle, staff showed me how to set up the basic features in the vehicle as well as on my phone.
