Bought my first car. I checked other Mazda dealers but I decided to move forward with Lee Johnson Seattle because of the genuineness and transparency of William
Customer service was horrible with who I assume was a manager (his name was Tony i think? and he uses a cane.) he added in extra fees and was extremely rude. Super sketchy. He's begging us to buy a car from them now but it's too late..
We had a positive experience when buying our new CX-5! Our sales rep, Dennis, was very helpful and very personable. He made certain that all of our questions were answered and that we had every opportunity to evaluate the differences between the CX-30 and the CX-5. We felt NO pressure from Dennis or from any of the team during any part of the buying process. They really are a team, there.
