I waited for 45 minutes but no one attended me, worst dealership. No courtesy
Verry good dealership didn't try to up sell me at any point. Nick was verry helpfull during the whole process of buying my car. They put 2 new front tires on my used car at the techs recommendation and kept me updated through the whole process. I would recommend you give this dealership your business. This is the best dealership I have been to in a long time.
Update: less than 3 months after buying our new car, and less than 1,000 miles driven, we just received a letter from this dealership saying our manufacturer warranty is expired... Original Post: We bought a vehicle over a month ago and they failed to properly submit for our license plates. We have yet to hear back from them regarding an update on this and our temp tags are now expired.
Unbelievably unprofessional! I called hours ahead and spoke with a "Niyata Cummings", who apparently was nonexistent when I asked for her upon my arrival. Over the phone, "Niyata" assured me that the vehicle I was looking for, a 2018 Ford Focus, was in stock and we could work a deal on it. I drove from Fort Benning, 2 hours away, just to be told the vehicle was already sold. Why lie to customers? Especially when they have to waste both their time and gas driving there. Tytiana was awesome. I purchased my car in less than two hours since I entered the showroom. She was super helpful and although we started with high end vehicle she helped me get the right vehicle as per my requirements fitting closest to my budget. The entire team bent back over backwards to help make this happen for me considering I arrived at their doorstep on Saturday evening at 7 45 pm and I walked away happy man with my vehicle first thing on Monday noon.
