My used Mazda purchase experience from Ocean Mazda Roswell was a very positive one. All of the staff with whom I interacted, i.e., Nick, Rachel, Chance, and others, were courteous, professional, accommodating and responsive. I live in another state (Connecticut) and I purchased the car remotely, without the benefit of actually seeing it first. I had a great experience buying my new Mazda CX-5. Ricky was great to work with. He was knowledgable, nice, and thorough, and made it a pleasant experience.
Jose was 5 star, it’s a shame he doesn’t work for Ford too! Service and communication was superb, Mazda definitely has a much cleaner / transparent method of showing prior to the works and cost explained. Only negative towards Mazda is to make the “My Mazda App” free again to see the cars current status and would probably generate more service visits, rather than paying for this app service.. other than that good job
