They pad the bill by telling you your car needs an alignment, and then put on the bill "alignment at customers' request" Here's what happened to me, you be the judge. Took my car relatievly new Mazda three there numerous times. Oil changes etc. One time they suggested an alignment because the tires were wearing unevenly they said. I said, do it. I used another site to get quotes from all the Mazda dealers in my area. Mazda of Lakewood came in with the best price on a Mazda 2, the car I wanted. I called and spoke with a salesman named Jacob, and he was really great to work with, very pleasant and professional. I set an appointment with him and he was all ready for me when I got there. I had to buy a new car and have purchased before from Mazda of Lakewood, so I decided to call and see if the same salesman was still there. Sure enough Jacob was there and I made appointment to come in. He was just as wonderful this time as the last time I worked with him. I decided to trade in my used car and get a new 2011 MAZDA CX-9 and they gave me 0% financing for 60 months.
