Car in the photo was not the car for sale in the posting. Worked out great tho. Ended up buying a’23 CX-50 Premium Plus at my local Mazda store (Bend). Two stars (instead of one or none) because Octavia was very responsive and good to deal with.
Auto Town Mazda is great I just bought a new Mazda from them, painless experience. Easy to work with, and was good to visit them during a week day, much faster. I also thank the F&I, very good service plans offered.
MUST READ THIS i went there to buy a suv not too educated on how and i was takrn to the cleaners not only do they ask you to lie to your loan company they make promises and refuse to put them in writting and when they do they dont always honor it AND when i took my car to them (the one they sold me) to fix they kept it and gave it badk in the same condition with the same problems not to mention one last thing the loaner car they gave me they refused to put gas in althugh the gas light was on so do what you will but be warned

Better than average experience I bought a Mazda3 at Auto Town and it was pretty much a text-book, old-school auto buying experience, but rather less annoying than many cars I've bought. By this I mean: a friendly, patient, and accommodating Saleswoman; a slick Closer, and a thankfully laid-back F&I (finance and insurance) guy. I spoke to this dealer about a CX-5 and ended up with a fantastic sales person. The challenge with this dealer is they slam you with a "Green Package" that is already installed on their vehicles. I repeatedly told the sales manager that I did not want the package. In the end I felt slammed on this package and want to make sure that ANY prospective customer knows that in the end, this results in an increase of $895.
