I really hoped for a better experience. Our sales lady was very sweet and helpful, and I truly appreciated her. But everything after the sale was extremely frustrating, unorganized, and not handled professionally. We were told our paperwork would be mailed out over the weekend. Then on Monday they said it had just been mailed, and again on Thursday they said it had just been mailed. Because of that, I still didn’t receive the paperwork when I was supposed to. Drove an hour for the advertised price, only to find out the $3,138 discount didn’t exist. After arriving and reviewing the CX-50, the sales team repeatedly pushed for a credit application instead of honoring the online price. I explained multiple times that we were there specifically for the CX-50 at the advertised Internet price.
