Not from the area called to negotiate through the phone to save us time then was going to ask for out the door price to come ready sales rep did not want to cooperate talking about "I have to fly over and negotiate in person" trying to save us both the time and my self the money. Not going to get a flight if we dont come to an agreement just saying. Ill call back in 10 day hopefully someone elc will work with me. The effort to sell a car that's been on the market 33+days is crazy lol..
I paid around 1000 dollars to have titling and documentation done for me. It has been two months and I'm on my third temp tag now because of their negligence and continued errors in sending the proper documents to the proper places. Customer service has been awful trying to make them straighten their own mess out.
Like many others, I'm wary of car dealerships. I had a bad experience at one the last time I was in the market. My experience at FWB Mazda was much less stressful. Marina was wonderful and a huge help (and made great conversation as well)! Everybody was super patient with me, right from the first handshake to me driving off the lot. Very happy with the experience, and with the new car. Thank you all very much!
I had a wonderful experience working with Patrick at the Fort Walton Mazda location. I took a Lyft all the way from Pensacola to Fort Walton knowing I was going to walk away with the car my wife had asked earlier in the day about. Mind you this is after having a very stressful and painful time with other dealers more local to me to include Kia Autosport and Sandy Sansing Mazda in Pensacola.
