This was my first visit to the dealership. I recently moved back from out of state. Everything about the process was smooth, I was there for my first oil change after reaching 5000 miles.Service was quick and flowed seamlessly. The waiting area was not fancy but comfortable with lots of snacks and free coffee, tea and water. I was impressed by the making of the video by the technician to identify what they were doing as well as the results.
I found the Mazda I wanted on the lot and the salesman told me one price and after sitting in your lobby, on Beal, for 30 minutes the salesman approached me and stated he gave me the wrong price. It was then another $10,000 more. I left very disgruntled. Oh well. I now have a Hyundai and very happy
