Called Monday to get estimate and the senior/master technician was out. Called Wednesday to get estimate and they said they will give me a call back at afternoon, never did. Called Friday to get estimate and they said they will give me a call back at afternoon, never did.

Thank you to the technicians at Mazda of Fargo for ensuring my little sister’s vehicle was properly taken care of. However, our experience with Devin was very unpleasant the way she spoke to my sister and me came across as quite disrespectful and unprofessional. I truly appreciate Ashley for stepping in and turning the situation around, making the rest of our experience much more positive.
