I had the worst experience I’ve had at any car shop here today. I went in to get my oil changed, it took these guys 2 hours to complete the oil change. On top of that I had recently bought this car from Corwin, their car service rep had told me this morning they accepted Corwin’s prebought oil changes and tire rotations. I had asked 3 different people if I wasn’t going to have to pay for today and they all said I should be good to go. Recall service, same day, no problems
Called a couple of times today. My call was forwarded twice, and twice they hung up on me while I was still speaking with them! Had no problems with them previous years but this year?? JUST HORRIBLE!!! One person( did not get the name) said the part that I already paid is not yet available. Then minutes later I was informed that it was available since last week! TERRIBLE SERVICE! CHRIS THE MANAGER was UNWILLING TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE MISTAKE HERE. Just utterly denied his staff will do this.
