Called a couple of times today. My call was forwarded twice, and twice they hung up on me while I was still speaking with them! Had no problems with them previous years but this year?? JUST HORRIBLE!!! One person( did not get the name) said the part that I already paid is not yet available. Then minutes later I was informed that it was available since last week! TERRIBLE SERVICE! CHRIS THE MANAGER was UNWILLING TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE MISTAKE HERE. Just utterly denied his staff will do this.
Ryan was my salesman when I purchased my Mazda and he made the process smooth and easy! Since purchasing, I have received multiple reminders regarding a scheduled oil change which I find helpful with a busy schedule. When I stopped in for the service, all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My experience with this company leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. I have a CX 30 2021. Brought it to them for a routine checkup in 2024. They recommended some repairs and wanted to charge me for a service that was covered by my warranty. Come today I got that service from another dealer for free of charge. Thank you Lunde I know who not to do business with.
