What can I say other than I've always felt like part of a family at the Mazda Dealership. They've never failed to meet me with a smile and "Hello Mr. Dowlen" like I'm the President or something. I love the way I'm treated and I love the quality of the service being provided.
I have no complaints and I must say that each time I go I am treated well. Chris and Jonathan were excellent to work with today and despite how busy they were, I was still there and out fairly quickly for what needed to be done to my vehicle.
Horrible service in the parts department. The parts rep, Ruben Valdez, is not knowledgeable or efficient in informing the customer or Mazda keys. He ordered a key for my car using the vin but did not tell me it was a blank and he would need the vin again when I picked it up to cut the key. He told me all I needed was the receipt. He also told me it was not a programmable key when I ordered it and then told me it had to be programmed at pickup. Won't be back.
