Our salesperson, Pam, was very knowledgeable, did a great job of understanding our needs, and found us the perfect car! She was also helpful in explaining all of the features and walking us through working with Service to maintain the vehicle. Everyone else was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely buy from again!
Recently returned a CX-5 and was charged $318 even though I specifically asked at beginning of lease if there were any other fees in addition to monthly fees. Tried to call dealership and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Apparently the "disposition" fee was listed on the contract. At beginning of lease I specifically asked salesperson if there were any other fees and he said no. He said he would try to call corporate but then told me they wouldn't talk to him due to privacy.
