Customer service is spotty!! You can stand there for about 15min, before they even acknowledge you. Now car service is thorough and precise.
I brought my Mazda in to get my passenger sun visor which is defective repaired or replaced as needed. My Mazda was purchased from this dealership less than two years ago. I have a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. Which clearly the sun visor is in between the bumpers, howerver the service advisor (Erieliz) refused to cover it. The video that was sent to me shows the technician that was doing the diagnosis, took about 3 seconds and said that the clips are broken and the unit needed to be replaced. I am extremely disappointed with this location. I have brought my car here more than three times for the same issue, and it still has not been fixed. Every visit feels like a waste of time, gas, and patience. If you care about your car, do not bring it here. After their maintenance and service, my vehicle was returned worse than before—everything misaligned, parts falling apart, and even cables left exposed. Excelente servicio muy profesional
This was hands down the best Mazda service experience that I have had with any dealer. I have worked with another dealer in the area that I had terrible experiences with, but these professionals really took care of me, set me up with a loaner, had it ready to go before promised, handled a warranty issue, and even detailed my car before I picked it up. This will be my go-to service provider going forward. Thanks so much for this great experience.
