I had a horrible experience with this service center. I brought my car in for a routine service before making a cross country drive. I ended up having an engine leak. I informed the employee that I was on a time crunch and could only get it fixed at that moment if it would be done by a certain day. He explained multiple times to me that it would be ready the following day by 3 pm and there would be no reason it would take longer. Well, it did.
