Excelente servicio muy profesional
This was hands down the best Mazda service experience that I have had with any dealer. I have worked with another dealer in the area that I had terrible experiences with, but these professionals really took care of me, set me up with a loaner, had it ready to go before promised, handled a warranty issue, and even detailed my car before I picked it up. This will be my go-to service provider going forward. Thanks so much for this great experience.
The techs and service reps are so nice and knowledgeable. They always go the extra steps to make sure I understand what they recommend, what needs to be done and where we are in the process. Can't thank them enough.

When i purchased my Mazda a few months ago, I was concerned about some of the not so great reviews of the service department. My experience with my first service put those concerns to rest. Juan was my service contact, and he guided me through the process. He offered to have valet service help with transport. The waiting area inside had comfortable chairs, water,coffee and snacks available, and 2 big TVs.
