I get so tired of being highbeamed by your drivers with "automatic" headlights that again, highbeam me in the eyes EVERYWHERE i go. I will NEVER buy a Mazda, if you can't make the headlights recognise my vehicle why would i put faith in any of your other safety features. BAN LED HEADLIGHTS.
Awesome customer service for a second time purchase
Been waiting 11 days to settle multiple case #'s. I have owned Mazdas for 9 years. I absolutely regret every penny I have spent with Mazda. I regret any positive thing I ever said about Mazda. My cases get "escalated" but then I receive 0 response. They have called me a liar and dishonest because they couldn't find a protection plan I purchased for my vehicle. Good thing I kept my records. Run far away from this car maker.
Was not informed during SEVERAL test drives that Navigation panel access wasn't included with car; it costs an additional $400-$500!!! And Car Play, finally set up by helpful service employee a frustrating 4 months after purchase, stopped working a few days later. It has semi-worked off and on, including while driving on freeway during rush hour traffic. I was in tears because it almost resulted in a car accident while driving on freeway. I took my 2020 Mazda CX-5 to Victory Mazda in San Leandro CA for a 30,000 service at 7:30a. At 9:15a I received a text with a video showing the vehicle inspection indicating one item failed and needed immediate attention. The service representative, Hamdi told me the mechanic said my valve cover gasket was leaking and needed to be replaced, costing $1,350.63.
