Go the helpful Honda route!! Mazda greed is out of control!
My wife took her 2022 cx5 in for service at 34,800 miles to get oil changed and have them inspect a noise coming from the front of the car. They immediately diagnosed the noise as a driver side headlight assembly that needed replaced. Evidently it is a common issue that could have cost us north of $1500 but because of some customer loyalty thing and the fact that her car was barely outside the warranty, it only cost us $100. I contacted customer service several times, but they are slow and didn’t try to help me very seriously. They just tell me telephone number and ask me to contact by myself. If so, I don’t contact them…
I am writing to formally report a serious concern regarding my Mazda CX-90 and to document my experiences at two Mazda dealerships. Last year, in March 2024, Mazda stated that the recall related to steering problems on my vehicle was fixed. Unfortunately, the issue has reappeared. I’m a first time buyer of a Mazda CX90. I thought the price was great for a car that big. Low and Behold I’ve had numerous recalls that were serviced. At the time I encouraged my son and father in law to lease a Mazda . Biggest Mistake!!! My father in law has a CX50 that had a damaged front tire rod.
