Bough CX-5 2021 had trimming belt cover oil leak when 50k mile Mazda warranty fixed , right after it leak again now they don’t want fix again Tacoma Mazda keep blame head quarter denied . Do not buy Mazda , they not warranty own warranty.
Unfortunately, The solicitation pitch is “bring your MAZDA to MAZDA for original parts, expert diagnostics and service. “ When I answered the solicitation in good faith, I was left with a profound emptiness as MAZDA was unable to remedy the customer’s concerns. This is my 4th Mazda but I believe it will be my last as I believe there is a serious disconnect between the advertisement , the dealer policy and the actual service.

The Mazda Corporation let us down when we had a complaint with a brand new car. I will never buy another Mazda again.
2/04/2025 Leased a New Mazda CX90 PHEV Premium Plus and got to drive it 3 days before multiple engine and hybrid malfunction messages displayed. It Took weeks to get a loaner from the dealership tho they did give me a pathetic rental car to use in the meantime.
