I give Bryan, the salesman, 5 stars. He was great to work with. BUT, be wary of this Finance Department. That I would not recommend.
I recently purchased a 2025 CX-5 from Mazda Direct. It was a pleasure working with Bryan and the team. I had the keys for a test drive right away, and the paperwork was processed to take it home within a couple hours. They offered a very fair trade value for my previous vehicle. They’ll be my first stop when I’m looking for my next car.
I bought a new Mazda here and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Worked with Bryan who was great to work with and my experience was smooth. Great place to go.
All the workers there worked together and strong to make sure I got into a vehicle no matter what. I can not thank them enough for what they did to help me with my recent car purchase and I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! Bryan was the best receptionist experience and sales help I ever got at a dealership before. The office team was AMAZINGGGGG!! I seriously can not send enough gratitude to this dealship!
