I bought my prior CX5 here and wanted to upgrade to a 2018 CX5, so I knew I had to go back to see Victor Thompson. Victor is professional, personable and a pleasure to deal with. This is a great dealership! I know it sounds like an oxymoron, but it's the truth. I bought my car from Mike E. and he was amazing. He patient and laid back-- never pushy. No pressure! He was also intuitive and knew when to give my husband and I time and space to talk. Mike is the best! Everyone else at the dealership is friendly, too. 10/10 would buy again. : )

I recently went in to Mazda City of Orange Park to test a Mazda CX5. The Salesman helping me was Victor Thompson. I have dealt with Luis Serna , he along with everyone made my purchase experience great at Mazda City. Went in for an oil change on my CX-5 and left with a newer year and better features all for the same monthly payment. What made this experience great is there was no back and fourth, Luis and I had a conversation about what it would take for me to buy a new car and he worked it out and I couldn't be happier.
