They wanted my vin number to purchase a gas cap. If it was an ECU or a catalytic converter that's pretty standard but a gas cap? Yeah suppppppper sketchy. Update: after telling them that I would not give them my Vin this was their response. "What a douche. We're trying to make sure you don't have to send back the wrong gas cap you might have ordered because you refused your VIN. So good day to you sir. I said GOOD DAY!" Yeah, I'd just stay away
My husband and I had a great experience test driving and purchasing a Mazda CX-5 with Gabi. We are especially fans of the Priority benefits included with ownership - free oil changes, state inspections, engine replacement if needed, etc. We didn't feel pressured or haggled; they were transparent. We would recommend Priority Nissan Mazda to anyone!
Poor customer service. Sent wrong part and never responded to emails to correct their mistake.
Always prompt, kind, and helpful. Parts are cheap if you order online. Have been using them for my OEM Mazda parts needs for a few years now.
