Jason was great, very patient and helpful! It was my first time going to this service center but Jason made the experience easy and gave me information for my future vehicle services!
Be careful with this dealership. I declined all add-ons, but they still added a $2,000 charge without my consent. I went back twice to have it canceled and was repeatedly told it would be removed. After 3 months, nothing has changed. This feels like a scam—you risk losing money if you buy a car here. Update : I tried calling Mazda corporate, and they said the dealership has not canceled the maintenance service. I also called the maintenance company, and they said the same thing. They were very communicative and helpful and resolved the mechanical issue with my car after another dealership wanted to put off fixing a major issue for several weeks. I would return here for assistance in the future.
