Brought my 2023 Kia Stinger here for an alignment as a part of routine service, 3,200 miles later, the inner tires are worn to the metal steel belts. They sent a video before the service proving the tires were perfect. Now they refuse to fix their mistake. Unsafe technician work and terrible management. Over a week later and no response.

Jason was EXTREMELY unprofessional. We took my son’s mazda3 for 2 recalls (brakes & windshield wipers). He told us that our car would be ready that day at 1pm, then he texted my son & said they need to order a part, so that it would be ready the next day. I called & he said oh we have the part, it should be ready by the end of the day, if not I’ll call you. He calls & says it won’t be ready till tomorrow around 10am.
