Had a GREAT experience today at the world car Mazda. Ariel was my salesman and went over ALL my options, let me test drive multiple cars and look around the lot to see if anything was a better fit. He also drove me to my bank to get the cashiers check and bought lunch! Great dealership, not pushy, very knowledgeable, good selection of cars.
We took our vehicle in to have the lock actuators replaced. Manny greeted us and managed our service process. He was professional, thorough and efficient. To our surprise, the vehicle was ready for pick up the same day. It was also freshly washed. In a time where customer service is out the window, we are grateful to have had such a positive experience.
They let me drive 40 minutes clear across town fighting traffic just to tell me when I get there that their AC machine is down and they won't be able to service my car today... No courtesy call... At least World Car Mazda North called me 2 days ago when their mechanic came down sick so I didn't waste my time and gas driving there for nothing.
