Bought a new Mazda3 here last week late evening as new cars just arrived. Told me I couldn't use my preapproved credit union authorization letter from Befit in Vacaville and credit union would not give me a low interest rate which was not true. Found out later they did submit to credit union but did not follow through and did not tell me. DISHONEST people. They don’t honor their deals. The staff tried to sell us a car we didn’t agree upon at a higher price. (Typical bait and switch) Management and sales associates are DISGRACEFUL and uncouth.
