Their service department is first class. I stopped by with a problem and no appointment. They quickly addressed and FIXED my issue. To top it off they offered to wash the tree sap off my car. I was taken care of like family!
I'd like to recognize Nathan from the Service Department. Nathan was professional and attentive to our vehicle's maintenance needs. I informed Nathan about a potential issue with the brakes and he joined the assigned service tech with the diagnostic to confirm any issues. Nathan was transparent with the problem and potential solutions. Thank you.
The worst Customer service came from Heritage. Mazda drove 45 minutes looking for a plug-in hybrid Mazda CX 90 supposed to meet with Nicole. I met someone else and he very disrespectful from the beginning. He has to better have any customer service training?. If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I went in today to buy a car and while we had done our research by looking at the fair market trade in value of the car, the sales manager was furious that I guess we “did his job”. He walks out of his office and says “I don’t have patience for this. You’re not going to tell me how to do my job”.
