I don't normally leave reviews - especially 1 star reviews, but after my experience with this dealership, I feel that it is warranted. I purchased a 2008 Miata from out of state (NH). I was told that the car was repainted, which was not an issue to me. I made sure to get photos and a video of the car to check the condition, which showed a clear, glossy finish that matched the original paint decently well. Great people with great service. I chose here after scheduling an oil change at Ourisman Mazda at Rockville Pike. When the service department offered a two—to three-hour waiting time, I refused and drove here. The big scam part was that the oil change here cost me $30 less than the Ourisman website price. Both Mazda dealers but two different price ranges.
Best service center experience I’ve had in a long long time! The service manager Robert and the techs on site went the extra mile.. will be using them regularly moving forward!
