This message is from a few months ago. Based on what I gathered back then, some dealers can offer this kind of discount. Even though it’s a decent discount and some dealers might be reluctant to give such a good deal, the sales rep’s tone still felt a bit off. LOL
Had an appointment today. When making the appointment, I was told the flush and recharge of my AC would cost $250 and take 1-2 hours. I decided I would wait for my car and didn't arrange for a ride home. Notes were entered with my appointment indicating I would wait and I verified this when I arrived. When I got there (ON TIME) I was told they were very short staffed and their AC was out and it would be AT LEAST 2 hours and wasn't looking good. I drive past other Mazda dealers to get my CX9 serviced at Gaithersburg Mazda. Jenny is an amazing advocate for the customer. This dealership makes you feel like they are your friendly neighborhood mechanic you have known for years. They are great people who do great work. Really helps me love my "Mazzy." I will buy my next one here.
