We have had the worst experience with the service department at this dealership. They have had my wife's vehicle for over 5 months during 2 visits and have done zero to address the issue. Absolutely no work has been done on the vehicle during the time they have had the vehicle. I would hope to only say we have been deceived during the process but we have been flat out lied to. A very disappointing service visit that could have been easily alleviated. I brought my wife's Mazda in for a regular oil change and tire rotation recently. I also asked for them to check for a nail in a tire as I could not find one. I was fourth in line for service with a 7:30 am appointment and I waited for the vehicle while it was being serviced. This is the best dealership experience I have had. I worked with Nick, Ed and Tim they were all great sales reps and were not pushy at all. If I could I would buy all my cars here!
I hit something in the road and came here for 2 wheels and 2 tires on the passenger side and a grinding sound on the driver side. After fighting their tire and rim insurance they sell you, only the tires were covered. I paid $2500 for 2 wheels and tires and the service writer to drive my car and say nothings wrong. My car smelled terrible, they washed and scratched my paint, the new wheels are still missing the center caps (asked them to just mail them to me) and i still have a grinding noise.
