It was a great service today. The mechanics who handled my car it was awesome, answered all my queries and sent videos to understand my car fully. He also gave an alternative solution on my inquiries. Mr. Jarrhett did a great job!
I had a positive experience purchasing a used car from Jeff Schmitt Mazda. The staff were laid back and friendly and accommodating of my requests when looking at the vehicle. I had a concern immediately after the sale about a wheel weight (which turned out to be a non-issue), but even though it was an "as is" sale, their service department happily took the car in and checked out the wheel balance for no. Very pleasant experience.
