I use to like the. But this time around the older man that helped us was extremely rude. We had a shipment we sent unfortunately the item arrived broken. We did ask the lady at the front desk if we need it to pack more in addition to the box it came with she said no. My father asked for a refund because what he received was broken. When going to pick up his refund the older man was rude when we asked for receipts he said what for isn’t the money what you want.
