It wasn’t too crowded on a Thursday late September, so this was a lovely spot for us! Nice to have wifi at the store.
Overall a nice campground even though some sites are in the open and do not offer much privacy. The real pain point are the showers. While we were there, they were either cold at Mazama village, or we had to share 3 showers in loop F with the whole campground. Hopefully they can fix the showers at the village to release the pressure on loop F.

Terrible for tent camping! While the location is great for Crater Lake, this was the worst campsite in my 75 years. The site was pure dust, not dirt, not gravel, not grass, but fine silty dust which stuck to everything. I had a two night stay paid for, but I did not spend one night. After putting up my tent and seeing that the tent and I both were covered in this fine black dust, I took the tent back down and left. Site: loop 1. A5
