Mazagan is a breath of fresh air to Columbia Pike. It offers wonderful authentic Moroccan food (tagine, bastilla, harira, etc...) while still offering options that will suit any palate. Mazagan gives you a glimpse into one of the most beautiful countries displaying the wonderful food, culture and very friendly service.
I was there last night. It looks like a nice hangout to have drinks and Moroccan food, and much more!
So good my eyes watered, both from joy at the taste, service, and decor, and from the knowledge that I'll have a harder time saving money when I want to spend at least a night or two a week dining out now. A real jem, and I haven't even tried the shisha room yet. Try the saffron chicken kabob, and the tiramisu dessert. The chef's selection of kabobs and appetizers is a terrific deal for the quality. Sooooooo good. Just...soooo goood.
