They email you pictures of your car/parts regarding your inspection and rate the severity so you are educated and aware about everything pertaining to your car condition! Quoted $1500, placed $750 deposit for car overheating. Everything else looked good. When I picked up the car they charged me $1622.04. Quoted price does not include tax and a $94.67 diagnostic fee. Windshield on car was now broken. Returned to shop for them to replace windshield at no charge. Car overheated 27 miles down the road. Retuned to shop for radiator flush and loose hose. Charged $109.82. Now my windshield wiper is misaligned and they have told me to fix it with the windshield company they hired out to. Arg! I did g... read more

Didn't honor advertising price even though woman on phone said they would. Will not go back.

The advertised price was for a synthetic blend oil not for a full synthetic oil change. I was willing to discount the oil change price by $17.00 even though that was not mentioned in the ad. I spoke with you on the phone and I have reviewed the recorded phone call. I mentioned the sale price for the synthetic blend oil change. And I am sorry for any confusion that you may have had on the different types of oils and the inconvenience that it may have caused you.
I took my 2010 Toyota Corolla in for a second opinion on some major work. Not only did they price it at a less expensive amount but found things the dealership didn't even find. I am very happy with their work and their quickness at getting it done.
