RecommendedThe absolute best place to buy eyewear. They know how to get progressive prescription perfect! Their selection of frames is phenomenal and went out of their way for me to get a color I wanted. And they are quick. A hundred times better than any large chain I have been to in all the years I have gone to. And, last but no least, staff is friendly and accommodating.
I have been calling them for 3 WEEKS and leaving messages like they told me to. I NEED new contacts! Such horrible customer service. Will NEVER recommend!

Marilyn in the Holbrook location was great. She listened to what I needed and I'm so happy with my new glasses.
Went there today .. Gina was fantastic but very misleading and not willing to do anything about it . Called to see if the accept insurance was put on hold and told yes my exam and money would be put towards my contacts was never told there would be a charge of 105 for a fitting . This is crazy never have I heard of this . Then the gentleman began to bash how bad my insurance was and how little they cover well excuse me . Not a way I would think you would want to treat a new patient.
