Worst customer service ever. I purchased a medicine cabinet that was supposed to have brushed nickel hardware. It came with polished chrome. Ana and the quality control team told me that I have what I'm supposed to have and dropped it. Model number WRW2026

She insisted on shipping them to me first, to make sure they fit, before she'd let me pay. Well, they fit, and I'm very grateful. --John
