I'd give it less if I could. The new owners are making ridiculous decisions that will put as in danger Never taking into account the residents they supposedly serve. They have never bothered to introduce themselves or given us a way to get in touch with them. While the manager just tells us to complain to them because none of it is her idea. If you're considering moving here my advice is run far and run fast.
The manager that runs this apartment has no integrity and you can never get in touch with her to discuss any issues you have. The prices here are outrageous for seniors living on a fixed income. Fro example, my mothers rent went from 665 a month to885 within one year.
