Staff is very rude!!!! Connie a nurse and a “Miss” Patty are terrible at their job and very unprofessional and terrible phone etiquette I have the phone conversations recorded I have put a complaint before and a investigation was supposed to be in place but no one ever got back to me and I was reassured someone was going to get back to me but never did. This place is severely understaffed and unprofessional just ask the people that stay there
They won’t talk about the people they’ve accepted in this supportive living building that should not have been there under state guidelines for a supportive living facility or the near death/death experiences they’ve had. The gentleman that says they talk about his mother isn’t lying. I wasn’t even working there and I saved a residents life due to their negligence he was septic by the time they got to him.
