The first time I went in to have my ingrown nail treated, the specialist was somewhat rude and lacked empathy. I had to go back a second time because she hadn't understood what I asked for. Later, when I went in for nail maintenance, I was attended to by a girl who didn't know how to apply the gel technique properly. I called to have them inspect the flaws—which were glaringly obvious—but they refused to take responsibility for the disaster they had left me with.

I would have loved to give this business a better rating, because the nail removal service I got was painless and efficient, but the lady doing my removal of polygel seemed to be very bothered (potentially annoyed) by the style of nails i was getting removed. I have had claw shaped nails for over 6 months with 6 different designs, so I'm no stranger to the amount of product used and the time that goes into removing and getting them. Marisol and Adele did such a beautiful job on my gel x set. They took their time making sure everything was polished, clean and shaped well. Wore these for my wedding, absolutely stunning!

I just went here for the first time and I LOVED it! Polite staff, clean facility, huge selection, amazing work! Yenifer Cun was my nail tech and she was SURGICAL about her technique! My nails are PERFECT! Not only did she quickly remove layers of product but she changed my nail shape easily and made my plum matte short round manicure look AMAZING! Thank you Yenifer!
