Consistently made strict requirements to tenants like not allowing guests in the building. Cameras are everywhere and they are quick to blame and call you for any tiny violation in the building. Rarely responded to maintenance requests, internet went out in the whole building for weeks (no refund), and at the beginning of the year they cornered college students (did not allow parents to come into the room at first) while they made them sign for an additional $10 a month “garbage removal fee” due to covid somehow. I've enjoyed living at Maywood! Most of the utilities are included in the rent, which makes paying bills easier. Also, the apartment complex itself is really nice and well kept.
Great spot in campus town. Everything is close. Rent is affordable and it has great amenities and is very secure. My favorite thing about living here is the free coffee and snacks in the morning!
Awesome place in Champaign! Great location with lots of amenities and is pet friendly. Also, the help from employees with any issue is always quick and convenient! Definitely recommend!!
Maywood is an amazing place to live. Everything here is top quality. The courtyard is great, and the free coffee in the morning makes it all better. The staff is unbeatable: Chris is always so kind and helpful and smiling, and Jay and Mike are always ready to help and so friendly. You can’t get a better place with better people than Maywood.
