Consistently made strict requirements to tenants like not allowing guests in the building. Cameras are everywhere and they are quick to blame and call you for any tiny violation in the building. Rarely responded to maintenance requests, internet went out in the whole building for weeks (no refund), and at the beginning of the year they cornered college students (did not allow parents to come into the room at first) while they made them sign for an additional $10 a month “garbage removal fee” due to covid somehow.
