Great coaches, great classes, great facility!! Classes are small enough where coaches give good one on one time, but there’s still such great energy!
Went to the studio for the first time today. Fairly a beginner at boxing. Want to learn boxing with good form. Took a 12pm noon class with Ariana, manager of the gym. She was very competent at teaching boxing. Started the class with warm up and jump rope. Then proceeded to do some basic boxing tutorials and bag work. We even had a little bit of mitt work as well. Why do I absolutely love this boxing/fitness club? 1- Very good, effective and all around workout routines. At the end of each session, I am looking forward to the next session eagerly. 2- Supportive, friendly and energetic community. All the members are just fantastic.
