I absolutely love this gym!! There’s been recent change in management and it’s made all the difference. Rob is one of the owners now and the newest trainer and he is amazing!! Rob has a professional MMA background and he really pushes me every week with the mitt work. He makes sure that technique and safety is number one. He is also great with kids!
