Loved my first fundamentals class with Coach Emmanuel. Nicole was very warm and welcoming!
I loved this class . It was an intense workout but it felt so good the trainer Emmanuel was the best real hands on he had great energy he also made the class really fun . It was lit I’ll be back next week . I’m locked in
Had two great workouts while on vacation in Las Vegas. Class sizes weren’t too packed and the instructors can put focus on boxing, fitness, or both. Wendy taught both classes and made sure we were using proper technique and with power and pad work.
The prices are just to expensive for what yall have to offer I'm sorry but 160 something for classes is to much for a regular person like me
This gym is awesome & my son and I love working there and training together. Our coach Leonard is really professional and we always get the best workouts!!!
