I've been coming here for about a month now and I couldn't have been happier. All the staff and coaches are very professional and are more than happy to help! The gym looks small on the outside but it is quite spacious and very clean. Everyone is also very supportive and I couldn't be more happy about being here! The classes are also very engaging and I never felt like it was dragging on or anything. I've never felt this excited about working out before (to say the least).
BEWARE OF SIGNING ANY CONTRACT WITH THIS GYM. Addendum: unfortunately, after this somewhat good experience with the owner, the company that I had the problem with in regard to unfounded and unwarranted collections has returned, and is harassing me once again. This is very unfortunate, because the company that the owner uses in regards to collecting is unprofessional and is teetering on being illegal in regards to their Collection attempts, especially in light of the fact there are no debts or fees or gym membership to collec... read more
Jordan (the front desker worker), deserves a raise. I don't care how much she's getting paid...she needs a promotion. She's always super gracious to me,, in at the crack of dawn at 6 in the morning !!!
If you follow the program correctly you will definitely get in great shape
