Thus far, they are great! Attentive to your needs, honest, and Kind. With a great sense of humor. No slum lords this way. They are truly amazing!
2025 edit: Maywalt are saints. they've been such great landlords and i really cannot sing their praises enough. awesome people. awesome places. it's been 3 years now that I've been renting from Mike. Anytime I call the office Rosalie is hilarious. my rent is a fantastic and competitive rate, and they've taken care of any issue I've had within 24 hours. it's overall been a great experience and hope to keep doing business with Maywalt. they're the best.

We moved into one of Maywalt Realty's apartments. Everything/everyone has been amazing. When we first moved in, we had a few small problems, which Maywalt Realty addressed the same day. Rosalie and Jason have been super helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment.
