I have bought a home through Maywalt Realty, and I’ve been a renter. Both experiences, we’re very positive. Mike is an attentive landlord, responding to any issue/maintenance request promptly. Highly recommend as a realtor.

it's been 3 years now that I've been renting from Mike. Anytime I call the office Rosalie is hilarious. my rent is a fantastic and competitive rate, and they've taken care of any issue I've had within 24 hours. it's overall been a great experience and hope to keep doing business with Maywalt. they're the best.
I don't know why my reviews are not showing up about this horrible reality office , but I'll keep leaving them til they do. I rented an apartment from this unprofessional place several years ago, and it was a disaster from day one. Rude staff, rat problem in the back yard, plumbing problems, requests for repairs ignored, drafty windows resulting in heating bills that were ridiculous.. DO NOT rent an apartment from these people .. you'll be sorry you did.
