Excellent landlord! Never waited long for an inquiry response, maintenance ticket, or heads up for anything happening in the building or neighborhood. Highly recommend. Very friendly. Good people.
I've been renting from Maywalt for 5 years now. I absolutely LOVE my apartment. a true home feel. anytime I've ever had an issue, it's solved within a day. it's clear that the folks at Maywalt actually care about their clientele, and I'm super happy that I'm doing business with them.

2025 edit: Maywalt are saints. they've been such great landlords and i really cannot sing their praises enough. awesome people. awesome places. it's been 3 years now that I've been renting from Mike. Anytime I call the office Rosalie is hilarious. my rent is a fantastic and competitive rate, and they've taken care of any issue I've had within 24 hours. it's overall been a great experience and hope to keep doing business with Maywalt. they're the best.
