We moved into one of Maywalt Realty's apartments. Everything/everyone has been amazing. When we first moved in, we had a few small problems, which Maywalt Realty addressed the same day. Rosalie and Jason have been super helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment.
A little over a year ago my landlord sold his properties to Mike without telling the tenants. I was absolutely nervous but I have to say it has been a great experience. Mike is attentive, answers right away, and any issues I’ve had have been addressed immediately.
I have bought a home through Maywalt Realty, and I’ve been a renter. Both experiences, we’re very positive. Mike is an attentive landlord, responding to any issue/maintenance request promptly. Highly recommend as a realtor.
