They are under new ownership. It is a pretty horrible change. The price is high and the service is pitiful. Also will be reporting to the BBB on some the new billing practices. If you have nowhere else to go the units are good and dry.

Do not recommend this storage unit facility. They were supposed to send me a copy of the agreement contract but it was never sent to me and I never signed it. Not very responsive after they got my debit card information. I gave my 30 day notice via voicemail and asked that they respond to confirm they received it. They never responded. I had to keep following up on it. They charged me the full month price when it should have been prorated for half a month.
