I’ve lived her multiple times under different care takers but when I lived here again recently in 2023, I believe a woman who goes by the name “Shelly” is the caretaker at this time but she neglects her tenants & the building itself, now an elderly woman whom lives here wishes to use the handicapped button but cannot & Shelly will not fix any flaws that are an inconvenience to you the paying tenants.
