I had a horrible experience here I just recently changed doctors. One of the older woman doctors there she was so unbelievably unprofessional and wouldn’t take my concerns into account. Hopefully my new doctor cares enough to help me out and not blame it on anxiety. So far horrible doctor but great staff and nurses !!
You have an appointment doctor asked to see you in person to do some tests you come from far and than they tell you you have to pay so much money out of pocket because your register with them is over, why couldn't they told me to do something about it before? I literally just had an appointment and none of this was mentioned. This clinic has gone down hill bad in the past 2 years. It horrible.
I'm a busy single mom and get easily fatigued. That being said, I had missed a couple appointments for my daughter and even myself. Just a forewarning if you miss appointments and have an underlying health issue the doctor Shian H will file you for endangerment of your child and have social services speak with you over missed appointments. Not professional at all and if this doctor really feels a certain way about missed appointments she should not file false negligence reports.
