The pool cleaner I purchased (Triton PS) was complete trash. I ran it 10 times and it still hadn't cleaned the floor of my 16x40 rectangular pool. Maytronics is unwilling to authorize a return and will not allow me to upgrade (purchased 08/08, received 08/12, complained 08/13). Very disappointed with the product and customer service. My recommendation, by a polaris or hayward heh.

Horrible company that can't adequately support their products which fail inside warranty period. I lost the use of my pool for most of the summer waiting for parts for a warranty repair. The unit failed inless than a year after purchase and after two months they are still unable to supply the parts needed for a repair. would not recommend their pool cleaners to anyone.

Poor reliability in product design, product/component quality. After 3 years of tolerating ineptness of this firm and it's product I tossed it this week and bought a replacement. Each year we fed $$$ in motor, traction belt, idler sprockets. We have other properties and after this swim season will toss all Maytronic product and replace. Simply had to rectify a poor business decision on our part.

If you feel like wasting about $1200 to $1600 On a pile of shit then buy yourself a maytronics or any other main brand name pool cleaner. I've done aloy of digging only yo discover all these pool cleaners are exactly the same just with different brand names slapped on then. The exact same way everything on Amazon is, it is all the same mass produced in China with different stickers on it and slightly different materials depending on how much you spend.
