Whoever maintains the place, pay attention to cleanliness. The bathroom was disgusting. The contents of the toilet were nasty. Get a bucket of hot water with Pine Sol. Get a broom with stiff bristles and scrub it bottom to top. The main area is bad too. I slipped on something on the floor. If I had gone down there would be a lawsuit. I put my items in a dryer, when the time was up, the items were soaking wet and the dryer was cold. Is this a scam to keep pumping money into the machine?
This place has gotten so much worse in the last year. Machines are dirty with visible mold, many don’t work, eats coins and won’t add the credits to the wash cycle, soap center is empty but will still take coins. Quarters added for more time in the dryer cycle does not add more time.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Half of machines do not work, number posted to call if problems encountered never return call. Broken down, rip-off. Beware
If you lose money in their machines you won't get it refunded. The person on the phone will tell you they'll check the cameras; and then leave you waiting.
Save your time and money and go else were . I’ve tried giving this place several opportunities but there’s always something wrong with the machines . They don’t fully wash , and leave clothes all wet . Don’t get me started when the dryers that don’t heat !
