Genuinely avoid this place at all costs. The machines will eat your money and not work at all. Also no manager or employee here to fix any issue you may have. Never coming back here again.
I'm in Minnesota from Northern Virginia for a few days. I needed a nearby laundry from the hotel. I Googled this place. The machines are disgusting (not cleaned and or whipped down). The floor was extremely dirty. The floor looked like it's never been swept or mopped. They don't have working carts to transfer clothes from the washing machine to the dryer. I do not recommend this coin based location.
Half of the machines are missing buttons and once you realize your clothes and soap are already in so you're stuck with the wrong options whites or delicates because the buying that are there don't all work (bright colors). Hopefully my clothes don't get damaged 🫠 After an hour here there's also bugs, black beetles crawling around coming from under the machines 🤮🤮🤮
Absolutely Terrible One of the worst laundromats I’ve ever used. The place is constantly dirty, the machines are poorly maintained, and nobody seems to care. The washers barely clean the clothes, the dryers don’t dry properly, and customer service is basically nonexistent. You can call for help and nobody answers. Even the coin machines don’t work properly. And if a machine takes your money and then stops working, don’t expect to get your money back. Your money is basically gone. They usually are good but today bad experience they dont take 50s and i had to walk to gas station just for the coin machine not to give me anything back. Usually they are good but they screw me over pretty bad tonite
