We bought a Jenn-air cooktop and they sold us two “radiant” modules, they delivered one radiant and one halogen, which by the way the halogen didn’t work, after several calls someone came to fix it but brought the wrong part, then we had to go to the store because by phone they would only tell us tomorrow or next week but didn’t solve anything. We told them we wanted the radiant part that we were sold, they were supposed to get it and deliver to us. When they finally delivered something it was the halogen one! But it was fix... read more

Worst customer service .. manager rude and condescending. Regardless of where the item was purchased because the store is a representation of a Maytag should help potential customer. Just lost a very loyal potential customer because of your Manager.
