Excellent experience from beginning to end. The young man working in the oil change was very thorough & professional. I had brought my mother along for the ride,and was trying to decide whether to get her wheelchair out of my trunk. Therefore I asked very specifically where we would be sitting, and where the car would be parked when completed. I had performed a lot of research before making this purchase. I had settled on a Chevy Captiva Sport and Mayse had several in stock to choose from at great prices. I traveled hundreds of miles to pick one up. When we discovered a leak in the rear windshield washer fluid hose, I thought I was going home empty handed. The owner overheard what had happened and made sure I went home with a car. He dropped the price on a better deal and gave me what I was asking for my trade in. I purchased a 2009 Pontiac Torrent yesterday. It was not the vehicle I had intended to purchase but it was better than what I was originally interested in. Our salesperson, David Brown, greeted us as we arrived, and from start to finish, provided us with an excellent experience. Not one time dis he try to get me to look at something I was not interested in or out of my price range. David was very knowledgeable and spoke to us like we were old friends.

We purchased a 2013 GMC Yukon. Our salesman was David Brown. He did an excellent job and was very helpful to answer any questions that we had. We will definitely buy from David again and will also send as many people as we can to do business at Mayse Automotive. Great experience at Mayse.
