Never have I ever seen a dealership put forth less energy to sell a car. Sad. Military discount - good in theory. Did not happen. Out-the-door price - good in theory. Did not happen. Waster 2 days of our life and hundreds of dollars getting there on food, lodging, and gas only to return without the car we went to purchase. I do not recommend this dealership if you have mid-west values. Sad.

Sad. Drove 8-hour round-trip to return home without the car we went for. Military discount was not honored. One call to GM would have guided the salesperson as to how to get the military discount to go through. We are out hundreds of dollars for the trip and still searching for a new car. The manager did not change his tune of "we never changed the price" when in fact of course the price changed. It was $500 more without the military discount. We were told nothing about the car, not the size of the tires, not how to start i... read more
