My grandmother took me to their salon to get my hair flat-ironed and the lady was pulling and snatching all over her head now its sore and they don't like black people they did a very bad job cuz right when we got out the store her hair was back to the way it was and also they burned her head and when she jumped then lady pushed her head HARDER
