I've been going to see Dr. Schnapp for about a year and a half now. He has been wonderful. He always takes the time to explain everything to me so that I can understand my condition and our plan of care. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone with chronic pain issues.
Just had my first visit, front desk attitude looked like they weren’t happy to be there, however, I sat down with Dr Ryan McGaughey and he took the time to actually explain the MRI results and why I was having pain in the lower back, hips and leg. 35 years of active duty in the military seeing numerous docs (civilians and military), no one has ever taken that much time and explained in detail what was going on. Already feeling better and I will certainly be going back.

On my first consult I had to wait and reschedule. My second trip was faster and I was seen by Dr. Mays. He really put me at ease about the procedure. I was nervous because I have had the Block done at another clinic and it didn't go well. Dr. Mays is refreshingly up front and direct and he really explained the procedure to me. Every aspect. I had the Block done yesterday. I'm still in a little pain today but I'm hoping it subsides. My experience was good.
I've been going to this clinic for a long time. I really like Dr Mays. You may have a wait in the office but he's good. The very first time I went to see him I couldn't hardly walk that hurt so bad. I couldn't even get up without someone helping me up. When he gave me the first block I felt a whole lot better and was able to get around. The nurses are all nice and friendly. I would recommend this clinic to anybody. You would have to try them and form your own opinion.
